We loved our brunch experience here. I had the coconut porridge and my partner had the granola. Both were exceptional in every way. So beautifully presented and composed and superbly flavoured. We shared half a ham, cheese and tomato toastie and loved that as well. Our coffees were absolute crackers as well. Service throughout was efficient and genuinely warm and friendly. Conclusion: the Foreigner is an excellent cafe. We will be back.
Good vibes, fast and friendly service. We had porridge, hot cakes and Moroccan eggs. They were all delicious. The hot cake look sweet but it just mild which was nice. The pears on porridge were cinnamon infused which added an aromatic flavour to the porridge. Love it all.
Reallllly yummy bashed avo! Also ordered a matcha which was pretty decent too!!!! Would def recommend if you're in the area :)
Very nice cafe with delicious dishes & coffee! My order is short ribs, it taste good and well done juicy beef ribs. And the meat burger cooked by pulled beef ribs not mince, that’s more nice! Must say, there have the most tasty nuggets & chips in all cafe I went. I dunno how to describe, it’s crispy even the nuggets. My son love it and finish 2 serves! lol From the menu, we believe that the price hasn’t change for few years already. It’s cheap for a brunch nowadays!!
Food is nice. Service took a while to be seated. They forgot one meal which was their special for the day (mushrooms on toast) but when it came, it was lovely.
It is a nice restaurant! The owners must have put their hearts in running it. The food was delicious! We 'licked' the whole plates clean. :) The service and the atmosphere were nice too. We thoroughly enjoyed our dishes which included the Foreigner's brekkie, the Morocco eggs, the beef bacon and the berry load smoothie. Will definitely return and recommend it to friends.
Just tried the chili scrambled eggs here and WOW – they absolutely made my morning! The perfect kick of spice, so flavourful and comforting. I Lo❤️e This Restaurant!!! I always come here when I feel bored or sad or even not hungry and I get to enjoy your signature egg on toast. I also like your service and I feel welcome. I love the design of the brick wall. It gives me a unique mood I can’t describe. I also enjoy talking to all the staff and I have never ever felt bored at this shop. Beautiful!!!

I noticed the cafe team takes both good & bad comments as a way of improvement. Impressive to me. We went on a rainy Sunday morning. Luckily, there were some convenient parking spots nearby. The food presentation was really nice — you can tell the chef put effort into it. I ordered a dish with pulled lamb. Considering the generous portion of lamb & how tasty it was, the price was good. My friend ordered the Signature Breakfast. I tried the eggplant — crispy outside, fluffy & soft inside. The matcha tasted fresh, & the aroma of the wet leaf chai latte was really soothing. 1st time trying this cafe. Cosy environment, good foods, friendly staff. Only “problem” was, we enjoyed it too much & stayed past closing time Oopsy — sorry about that.🫡 Despite l don't live nearby, l would love to go again.
